Federal State Aid Regulation - valid in other federal states
05.03.2014

Upon request, the BMI informed the BDH that the agreements on federal aid for alternative practitioner expenses now also apply in other federal states: Brandenburg, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saxony-Anhalt have signed up to the agreement.

In 2013, the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI) agreed a new agreement with the alternative practitioner associations on eligible fees for alternative practitioner services, which has been valid since September 1, 2013.

As reported, NRW has issued an amending regulation that is based on the rates of the agreement for federal aid and has been in effect since January 1, 2014. The BMI has recently informed the BDH that other federal states have signed up to the BMI's agreement on federal aid. In future, the federal aid rates will also apply to state officials in the following federal states: Brandenburg, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saxony-Anhalt. (pm)
